On the first living level there is a kitchen, the living room and a pantry (with washing machine), on the upper floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. On the ground floor there is a wine cellar. The house is rented furnished as shown in the photos (new fitted kitchen), it is equipped with gas central heating (can be lived in without any problems in winter). The house has two small balconies. In the immediate vicinity of the house (behind the church, 50 meters from the house) there is a small park with trees, flowers and benches where you can sit comfortably.
